Stock history provides full transparency on asset level to track asset additions and usage on an SKU-level.

Insights Center

The app provides cockpit reporting and trending analysis on key metrics for the entire asset fleet. The information is presented in various graphs to conduct trending analysis for actionable insights for asset lifecycle management that allows IT managers and device admins to drive KPIs such as reduction in total cost of ownership, improvement in device recovery, reporting on asset breakage, etc.

Audit Manager

The app allows enterprise admins to automate user engagement and onboarding to scale usage on a global level. Role privileging allows admins to limit user’s access to various apps and data. Engagement automation allows admins to quickly assess tasks completed against the onboarding checklist.

Team Manager

The app allows enterprises to control user access to the platform and enable role privileging on a global level. User access can be limited by selecting an appropriate role that also controls app-level access on web and mobile apps. E.g. a warehouse manager logged into the platform can be limited to having access to relevant apps only and also only seeing the data for their site.

Locations

This utility app allows the upload of all the company’s locations on a global level. The location data is used by several apps on the platform to automate forward and reverse logistics. Locations data is also used by the Manage app (IT Asset Management solution) and the Unduit Inventory Management app to track assets’ location within the eco-system on a global level.

The app provides admins the ability to configure settings at an enterprise level and input data for the Manage app (Asset Management Module).
