Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and grade Apple and Samsung devices
 - Assist the Ops team with device diagnostics and eraser process using Blanco or Phone Check software
 - Ensure all QC checks are completed to minimize any warranty returns
 - Maintain a positive work environment
 - Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
 
Qualification
- 6 months experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
 - High School diploma or equivalent
 - Strong oral and written communication skills
 - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
 - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
 - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
 - Valid driver license is a must
