Position Location: Naperville IL

Job Summary

Conducts diagnosing, troubleshooting, and grading, using standard phone and tablet diagnostics software, while ensuring all QA SOPs are met 100%. Previous experience with repair, PC, Mac, chrome books, soldering, Cell Phone and console is preferred, but not required. This position is not a customer facing role in a retail outlet. This role will be to conduct enterprise device diagnostics in a depot setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and grade Apple and Samsung devices
  • Assist the Ops team with device diagnostics and eraser process using Blanco or Phone Check software
  • Ensure all QC checks are completed to minimize any warranty returns
  • Maintain a positive work environment
  • Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor

Position Requirements

  • 6 months experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver license is a must
