Position Location: Naperville, IL

Purpose & Summary:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategies, policies and best practices to ensure key performance indicators are satisfied while preserving the Unduit Culture within ITAD Operations; more focused on mobility recycling and buyback. Additionally, in this role, you will have high visibility working with leadership to setup SOPs for R2 and ISO certifications. Prior experience in ITAD or mobility buyback and recycling is required.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Requirements:

An Associate’s Degree along with at least 3 years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with profit and loss analysis experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
