Unduit Wireless is an NPaaS (Networked Platform as a Service) and provides value added services to partners on the network for quality repairs for both B2B and B2C clients.

Job Summary

Responsibility to communicate with customers, provide estimate and enter and close orders, and perform a variety of additional activities to facilitate excellent customer relationships to drive Sales

Key Accountabilities

  • Take customer orders and provide quotes
  • Perform customer follow ups via phone, email and text to drive conversions
  • Coordinate with techs on the field to optimize scheduling
  • Communicate with customers regarding issues such as order status, estimates and quotations, order changes and confirmations, as well as any complaints or questions
  • Work on inbound lead generation to drive traffic to website via email campaigns
  • Work closely with Corporate clients and perform regular follow ups and as needed

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following:
    • Computer data-entry experience
    • Experience in the repair industry
  • Entry level through 5 years of customer relations experience
