Role Overview - Digital Marketing Manager

 The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

General Responsibilities:

You will need to be an exceptional coordinator who is able to manage multiple tasks at once and can work confidently on your own. This role will allow you to gain a broad experience of different Digital Marketing Managers responsibilities such as:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
• Develop and manage website content.
• Find and target audiences.
• Create and implement effective social media strategies.
• Assist with email marketing for campaigns.
• Support our digital marketing team.
• Assist with social media campaigns.
• Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Complete other administrative tasks as needed.
• Any major or minor duty assigned by the CEO.

About you:

• Masters/Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field from HEC recognized university.
• Must have at least 3-4 years of experience at similar capacity. 
• Exceptional leadership skills with proven track record of successfully leading teams.
• Experience of working in an offshore software development environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, and project management.
• Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign / improvement.
• Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles to ensure quality.
